Who Can Access NDIS Support

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for Australians living with a permanent or significant disability to access the care and supports they need.

To be eligible for the NDIS, you must:
Be under 65 years of age when applying.
Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa.
Have a permanent or significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities.
Require ongoing support to improve your independence and quality of life.
