Our Hub runs weekdays and weekends, with flexible attendance options. Activities may include:

- Community Participation: Shopping trips, public transport training, volunteering
- Health & Wellbeing: Sports, mindfulness, relaxation sessions
- Are recovering from illness or waiting for home adjustments

- In-home support, if you need extra assistance
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation options
